We’re looking for a Product Manager to:

• have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Manager of one of our flagship AI Products for “Risk and Compliance” in our agile pod
• deeply understand the needs of our clients in Switzerland and across the world, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
• be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery AI and Machine Learning supported ‘Know your Customer (KYC)’-Models, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies and high level service standards
• mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods, crews and business units and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients across the organization
• motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
• define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance
• stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of AI . Continuously explore new techniques and methodologies, and apply them to improve our products and process flows.
• troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during product development, implementation, or deployment. Your problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential for maintaining smooth operations, stakeholder buy-in and overcoming obstacles.
