Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful product experiences? Do you want to work at the intersection of gaming and technology, helping to define the future of monetization for game studios and players? As an entry-level Product Manager for Analytics & Optimization, you will work alongside experienced product managers, data scientists, engineers and analysts to contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that support in-game advertising and monetization.
Your role will focus on assisting in the analysis and development of Optimization Strategies & Techniques for finding the edge and improving margins, helping to optimize workflows, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This position is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring product manager to learn from senior leaders while making meaningful contributions to our data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of product roadmaps for Yield Optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with data science, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into requirements.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to drive product decisions and enhance reporting accuracy.
Contribute to the improvement of real-time services and data workflows that power advertising and revenue optimizations.
Help in identifying & defining key metrics and performance indicators for product success.
Participate in stakeholder meetings, capturing requirements and helping prioritize features based on impact.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Skills to Create Thrills
1-3 years of experience in product management, data analytics, software development, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and distributed data systems such as BigQuery or Airflow is a plus.
Familiarity with advertising technology, analytics, or revenue reporting is beneficial but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and findings.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent preferred).

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
