About the team and the role:

As a Product Manager for Buyer Experience at eBay, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our buyer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, analytics, engineering, and others to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve buyer conversion rates. You will be responsible for leading experiments and launching product features to drive growth and engagement.

What you will accomplish: 

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve buyer conversion rates by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and understanding buyer needs.

Lead experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions that improve conversion rates and engagement.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to design, develop, and launch product features that drive growth and engagement.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and experiments.

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the company.

What you will bring: 

5+ years of product management experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Experience running experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions to improve conversion rates and engagement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering products iteratively.
