Manager, Brand Strategy - Position Overview We are seeking a Brand Strategy Manager for CABENUVA that can bring a healthy mix of brand building and consultative experiences to help take an established HIV treatment brand to the next level. At the core of this Manager role is an ability to find innovative ways to problem solve to help take the brand forward amid a complex competitive and healthcare landscape. Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experiences are a must but the right Brand Strategy Manager will also be able to draw upon a diverse range of experiences outside of healthcare/pharma. This role will be point on a number of initiatives that will require a beautiful blend of “right brain” (creative problem-solving) and “left brain” (data synthesis). This role will be part of a high performing team and will report to the Director of Brand Strategy for CABENUVA. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Be an instrumental partner in helping strategically take an already wildly successful brand to the next level by way of an exciting, end-to-end brand evolution: Partner with the Director of Brand Strategy ensure impactful, cross-functional pull-through of the new brand strategy. Champion and be a guardian of the voice our customer (insight). Synthesize “upstream” and “downstream” information into potential actionable ways to strategically bolster the brand. Lead an innovative, insights-driven, competitive HCP segment-specific content strategy, assisting cross-functional peers in bringing the content to life through our HCP field force and additional surround sounds where and how our HCP customers prefer. Lead strategic pull through with our Digital team, media partners, and DTC team. Assist in the development of professional creative concepts, strategies, and message development. Lead the optimization and share-out to leadership of our monthly brand health “dashboard”. Lead annual brand business planning. Liaise with the Access team, Portfolio team, and Global Brand partners. Partner with Strategic leads at the brand’s creative agency. ~20% Travel Must be in Durham office minimum 2-3 days a week Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in some or all of the following: marketing, strategic brand consulting, market research, business intelligence. Experience in preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations.
