Monte Nido residential programs are Joint Commission accredited. As the Product Manager, Clinician Experience, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Monte Nido’s virtual clinical experience. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will work closely with our clinical and IT teams to design and build products that enhance clinician workflows, streamline processes, and ultimately improve the quality of care we provide to our patients. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, leading the development of features that empower our clinicians, and driving the automation of critical processes. Your work will directly impact the scaling of our national virtual care program and contribute to real, measurable improvements in the lives of both our clinicians and our patients. Responsibilities Include: Product Discovery Conduct discovery alongside users and representative stakeholders to uncover unmet needs, solutions, and de-risk execution. Develop wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs to the team and stakeholders. Collaborate with IT to create differentiated solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology. Develop measurement strategies to evaluate success and drive rapid iterative cycles. Run alpha/beta cycles and incorporate feedback into the ongoing product development cycle. Product Development Author user stories, capturing business rationale, requirements, and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes. Test potential solutions for usability through user observation and prototyping. Participate in stand-ups, demos, retros, and other agile ceremonies. Work with our external EHR partner to prioritize automations and improvements. Unblock the team, manage scope, and escalate issues early. Define the user experience and integration between purchased tools/platforms and internally developed products. Go to Market Partner with the clinical team and other cross-functional roles to plan, communicate, and execute releases. Train internal and external users on new functionality and workflows. Author release notes and other documentation as needed. Planning and Roadmapping Help drive the strategy for your area in line with company objectives. Anticipate, sharpen, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, facilitating decision-making. Develop and update an automations roadmap and release plans to foster transparency with stakeholders and execution teams. Measurement Define quantitative success metrics for products and features, including outcomes, utilization, and satisfaction. Ensure products are instrumented to capture the right data to support measurement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in tech, tech-enabled services, or SaaS, preferably in healthcare or similar complex workflow environments. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to bring structure and clarity to complex problems and workflows. Experience with and understanding of development lifecycles and methodologies. Experience working with EHR, practice management, or clinical automation workflows in a high-performing and high-growth setting. Experience working with clinical teams at the intersection of service delivery and technology. Experience integrating prepackaged software tools as part of the overall solution and contributing to build/buy decisions. Experience conducting product discovery, setting up learning pathways, user research, and tests to inform product investments. Fluency with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise. Agile and flexible, can adapt to changing priorities. #montenido
