The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager, Compounding to join our Compounding business in a permanent full-time role. Reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Marketing – Compounding ANZ, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategy against target segments and plan/implement key projects to support the strategies across the Compounding portfolio. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will monitor results of new strategy/ product launches and initiate any corrective actions where necessary to achieve defined sales and bottom line objectives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and champion new areas of opportunity for the business unit

Develop a deep understanding of the current and future strategy for the ANZ Homecare & Elastomerics compounding business

Identify market trends and maximise returns

Participate and lead relevant activities related to bringing new strategies to market, including tender capture strategies and responses

Liaise with the production team and sales team ensure needs are met and objectives are aligned

Review market changes/developments/advancements that pose opportunities or threats to the business and bring recommendations/solutions

Create, monitor and roll out strategy related material/content for website, sales/marketing communications, customer communications, etc.

Undertake product management related projects in liaison with Marketing Managers

Ensuring all business activities align with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

Tertiary education in Marketing or related fields

Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Strong Commercial acumen and project management skills

Proven experience and demonstrated success within a highly competitive market.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
