Thomson Reuters is seeking a talented and driven Digital Search Product Manager with AI skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our digital search capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver exceptional search experiences that meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.
About the Role:
Articulate and implement a forward-thinking strategy for digital search platforms, incorporating AI to enhance search functionality and user experience.
Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and product teams to gather search requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Explore and implement opportunities to integrate AI and GenAI into digital search solutions, driving innovation and superior value for users.
Lead cross-functional Agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality products.
Create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that maximize business impact and align with strategic priorities.
Analyze platform metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in search capabilities.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in digital search.
About You:
5+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally with a focus on digital platforms and AI technologies. Experience in digital search within e-commerce and customer service contexts is preferred.
Ability to advocate for and design user-centric search solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Proficient in using data analytics to inform product decisions and improve user experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Experience working in an agile scrum development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with the technical aspects of search algorithms, NLP, and ML models, with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
