Product Manager, Facebook Operator Solutions
**Summary:** Facebook Operator Solutions (FOS) mission is to build high value experiences for the next billion people in partnership with mobile operators. As a Product Manager on the team, you will lead the team's product strategy to grow Facebook and engage with our 1.3 Billion users around the world, solving hard problems to drive growth in emerging markets. This role requires extensive collaboration skills, working with external partners and our partnership team to understand the needs and problems of our users and our mobile carrier partners. You will apply data driven strategies to a complex tech space that needs innovative solutions. **Required Skills:** Product Manager, Facebook Operator Solutions Responsibilities: 1. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals. 2. Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry. 3. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. 4. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps. 5. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms. 6. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products. 7. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health. 8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. 9. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction. 10. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. Experience in Product Management working on high growth tech products 12. Experience in building strategy and roadmaps for tech products at scale 13. Broad experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data 14. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design 15. Wide experience delivering technical presentations to Director/VP level stakeholders 16. Demonstrated track record of crafting clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a broad range of stakeholders 17. Demonstrated experience in translating technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders 18. Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills 19. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, defining product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.)and guiding the team through key milestones **Industry:** Internet
