Your New Role: 
As Customer Experience (CX) Product Manager Your focus is centered on the customer's experience of the product(s) throughout the customer lifecycle. Your focal point is on the customer's perspective, and aim is to create a positive relationship with and for the customer throughout their exposure and involvement with the product. This includes identifying gaps in the customer experience, ensuring experiences are holistic (end-to-end), and advocating for customer needs. 

 

Aligning Product Vision w/ Business Strategy: 

 - Lead in defining the product's purpose and direction based on customer needs 

 - Conduct user research, and collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to create a clear vision that aligns with the department's overall strategy 

 

Customer Needs & Timelines: 

 - Gather and prioritize customer needs and wants 

 - Collect and analyze user feedback to identify desired product features & priorities 

 - Ensure timely feature/ product onboarding, as this sets the tone for the users' experience 

 

 Customer Service & Product Feedback: 

 - Coordinate with customer service to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions 

 - Conduct cross-functional customer interviews and focus groups, and understand product experience and pain points 

 

Anticipate future customer needs: 

 - Go beyond what customers are asking for in the present 

 - Understand direction the business is moving in and anticipate how product needs to adjust 

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: 

 - Work closely with vertical Product Managers, project managers, engineering, and technical support to align on product needs and decisions 

 - Ensure business is represented end-to-end in the "Customer" definition 

Qualifications & Experiences: 

5+ years of experience in technology product management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry. 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, related field, or equivalent experience 

Strong experience & success in: 

         - a dynamic product management or product owner role 

         - stakeholder management (up to sr. executive level) 

         - product development lifecycle 

         - managing cross-functional teams 

         - market analysis capabilities 

         - product road mapping and design 

         - exceptional writing, editing, and strong presentation and public speaking skills 

 

Not Required but preferred experience: 

         - Business Analysis 

         - Scrum framework 

         - Project Management w/ Waterfall and Agile methodologies 

         - Business Management and Strategy 

         - Product marketing strategies

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
