Product Manager, Marcom-BioTek Product Line
Job Description

Join a dynamic product marketing group in this product manager role.  We are looking for an expert marketing professional that will guide the definition of powerful product messaging in collaboration with the businesses marketing operations and commercial marketing teams. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Edit, produce and maintain, with the relevant teams, all manner of marketing collateral and sales tools for the Agilent BioTek product line and new product launches.

Act as primary technical editor for all written collateral to be put through the approval, regulatory and distribution process. The key focus of this activity is to deliver clear, concise and compelling and powerful product messaging to our worldwide customer audience.

Work closely with product development managers, application scientists and product training manager for the creation of sales tools, training content and scientific applications related collateral to drive sales growth in the Agilent BioTek product line. 

Provide content, keywords & technical guidance on print ad, online and e-mail advertising.

Propose and provide guidance on product promotional campaigns

Qualifications

Direct experience with Agilent BioTek microplate readers, imagers and liquid handling devices a big plus. 

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in a product management role highly desired.

8+ years experience in a relevant field

Deep understanding of product development, product launch and product support. 

Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to convey product value in marketing collateral for a highly technical product line is required. 

Knowing our competitor’s products and messaging strategies is also critical and preferred.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $195,275.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
