How might we enable members to seamlessly transition programs, e.g. moving from treatment of an acute injury to ongoing maintenance and prevention, and vice versa? What are the aspects of the end-to-end member experience that should be common, agnostic of program type, and where should we support program level variability? As Hinge Health expands the conditions we support for our population, this role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect modular solutions, making it turnkey to offer a new condition category to our members and ensuring our experience can support an increasing number of conditions without a major redesign.
