In this role, you will report into the Sr. Director of Digital Product Management and be responsible driving innovation and feature development and the overall success of on the Skechers Native App to ensure it is continuously optimized for growth and success for commerce, loyalty, and omni-channel experiences.
This position requires strong analytical skills and product management experience to discover new insights, translate business requirements and implement new features while maintaining day-to-day operations. It requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills as it works closely with the leadership and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Retail Operations, Loyalty Program Managers, Customer Care, UX, Web Development and Technology partners) to understand customer challenges and translate business and customer needs to deliver an optimized customer journey and experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Help lead the strategy of new features and improvements across mobile products, spanning various platforms and viewports.Manage the business requirements discovery, user story writing, design and UX signoffs, feature development, and development.Leverage analytical tools and cross-functional / customer feedback to identify opportunities.Manage and communicates scope, roadmap planning, storyboarding, deliverables, timelines, and plans through storyboarding and roadmap planning.Support business stakeholders in developing and justifying use cases for feature enhancements and work with analytics to evaluate product performance whether its MVP or a mature product feature.Advocate for a data-driven optimal holistic digital customer experience that incorporates customer insights, data analytics and Mobile App best practices.Work with the Scrum teams in grooming, planning, and release management.Facilitate the alignment of activities across global teams through cross-functional planning, communication, and status updates.Create necessary documents artifacts of product flows and presents out at team presentations showcasing new features, capabilities, and OKR’s.Job Requirements
Ability to work on-site at Skechers Headquarters in Manhattan Beach, CA min. 2-days per week.Strong background in creating premium digital product experiences spanning the entire customer lifecycle including media, marketing and e-commerce.Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories,), modern software development practices (test driven development, paired programming, continuous deployment), and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.Strong analytics, prioritization, and negotiation skills.Creative thinking with strategic planning and analytical skills.Ability to get things done and drive projects to fruition.Passion for entrepreneurship and building great consumer-facing software solutions for global audiences.Strong project management, verbal, and written communication, process creation, reporting skills, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with working in Appstore Connect and Google Play Publisher.Ability to translate product strategy into a well-planned and prioritized product roadmap with detailed and organized story writing skills of Epics and Stories.Usability and behavioral insights via analytics platforms is a plus.Vision to create the businesses and technologies that powers future of eCommerce.Fundamental understanding of modern web technologies (React, Angular, JQuery, Node, Java, Ruby, etc.).Education and Experience
3 - 5 years experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment owning mobile application(s) on IOS and Android.Experience launching major and managing major eCommerce solutions and/or web catalog based web applications.The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 USD per year.
