Position Summary:

 

The Worldwide Product Manager, Patient Blood Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ROTEM product portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the development and commercialization of innovative diagnostic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the healthcare or diagnostics industry, a clinical understanding of POC Hemostasis and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
Essential Functions:

 

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Develop and execute upstream marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.Define product roadmaps and long-term strategic plans.Product Development:Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to translate market insights into product requirements.Drive the development of new diagnostic solutions from concept to launch.Ensure alignment of product development with regulatory requirements and clinical needs.Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products.Develop and implement strategies for product differentiation and market penetration.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with global affiliates, R&D, regulatory affairs, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches.Act as a liaison between global teams to ensure cohesive product strategies and execution.Provide technical and product expertise to downstream and commercial teams.Financial and Business Acumen:Develop financial models and business cases to support product development and commercialization decisions.Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, profitability, and market share.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree Science, Medical Technology, Nursing or related scientific discipline or degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum of five years related experience in product management, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical practices in the diagnostics field.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Must be available for International Travel.

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

Language: Fluency in English required.

Travel Requirements:
