Product Manager, Personalization/Engage (CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365)

JOB SUMMARY

\n

The Product Manager for Personalization (Engage/CRM) will lead, oversee, and manage the activities and resources related to BSWHealth's Personalization efforts. The Personalization Product Manger will be responsible for daily management and ensuring timely execution of custom development for their respective area of focus. The Engage/CRM product is a platform build on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that captures interactions between BSWH customers (patients, Health Plan members, employers) and BSWH.

\n

Engage/CRM is also a platform which powers multiple BSWH contact centers, many BSWH consumer solutions, much of BSWH's Chatbot/Chat capabilities, targeted marketing campaigns/outreach, and enables a more complete picture of a given customer.

\n

In this role you will partner with the Lead Product Manager to ensure the success of a cross-functional agile software development squad whose make-up includes developers, consumer products stakeholders, and quality assurance professionals. You will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensure that these products are completed with the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

\n\nManages cross-functional teams in product, design, and development.\nAssists in the management of scope, cost, schedule, and quality of large-scale, complex, and strategic products.\nDevelops and distributes communication plans.\nCo-lead planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.\nStay up-to-date on the latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycle.\nAssists in identifying problems and opportunities\nAssist in gathering, distilling, and synthesizing business requirements and translating effectively into product requirements and technical specifications.\nPrioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.\nActively identifies and resolves issues and risks, communicating out when necessary.\nWorks with the Lead Product Manager and leadership to implement change management processes.\nAssists in developing metrics to assess the success of products and features\nProvides operational assistance for the Digital Team.\nInforms leadership and stakeholders of key activities and progress of each project\nCollaborate with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed.\n\n

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

\n\nStrong listening skills and the ability to identify clear action items\nHave a genuine curiosity about how things work and a desire to know the \"Why\" behind things\nAptitude for analytical and creative thinking towards problem solving\nExperience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products\nProven experience in Product Management\nHealthcare experience preferred\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, design thinking process and design systems\nSelf-starter with a bias to action\nAbility to collaborate and build partnerships across disciplines.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills\n\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required
