Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Product Manager - Royalty Reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Epsilon's strategic data partnerships thrive. You'll work closely with our data product team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external data partners to manage and report royalties across all our data products. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring accurate royalty calculations, and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Drive process improvements: Develop and implement efficient systems for royalty reporting, streamlining operations and minimizing errors.Enhance data partnerships: Foster strong relationships with data partners, ensuring transparency and accuracy in royalty calculations.Contribute to revenue growth: Play a key role in maximizing revenue generation through effective royalty management.Develop your skills: Gain valuable experience in data analysis, contract management, and financial reporting.

Data analysis skills: Proficiency in using various software and databases to extract, compile, and analyze data.Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners.Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in royalty calculations and reporting.Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Why you might stand out from other talent:

Experience with Epsilon systems and billing processes.Previous experience in royalty and billing reconciliation.Proficiency in Tableau, OBI, Salesforce, or Access.

Salary Range: $76,000 - $79,000
