Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Description Summary** Reporting directly to the Director, Global Marketing the Product Manager will be responsible for primarily, a) overseeing regional marketing plan execution, marketing campaigns and customer facing events; b) own and drive all parts of order fulfillment, be responsible for product operations leading to the commercial success of the US region for the single cell multiomics platform. This is a great opportunity to join the Marketing team on one of the fastest growing Platforms at BD. With significant product launch and expansion goals, this role will require someone who is a strong leader, fast learner, and is agile with a growth mindset. As the Product Manager and leader for multiomics in US region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial and product activities for Single Cell Multiomics in the entire US region. This individual will be working closely with the sales, field applications and other cross functional teams to execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue objectives. In addition, this individual will contribute towards owning and driving the end-to-end order fulfillment process to support the growth of the Platform in the US region. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for providing inputs and executing the US Single Cell Multiomics Regional Marketing Plans. + Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial customer facing events and lead generation activities for the entire US region. + Coordinate regional marketing events with sales teams to design and execute customer events, support execution and lead generation activities across conferences, tradeshows and institutional research events. + Responsible for working with global teams to deliver content, speaker list for customer facing activities. + Drive marketing campaigns tailored for specific customer sites, nurture and drive the contacts to leads and opportunities across the funnel with the sales team. + Drive all the marketing related processes for US regional commercial activities and accelerate the generation of new leads and opportunities. + Work with sales, operations and supply chain to drive order fulfillment for US scM customers. + Own and drive the end-to-end process from customer interaction to opportunity generation across SFDC, Marketo and other sales process software systems. + Be the voice of the customer for US region and deliver the customer needs to all global commercial and product development activities. + Act as a liaison between global regions bringing regional input into the G2M plans, and product launch info from global to the region. + Collect key opportunity information from sales team and relay forecasts to Global team members above business run rate. + Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story and value messaging for BD multiomics solutions. **Qualifications:** + Minimum BA/BS degree, MBA preferred + Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in downstream marketing, product marketing. Event management experience is a plus. + Prior experience with downstream events, sales events and customer facing events as there will be a heavy amount of event management/coordination in this role. + Prior experience and knowledge with commercial operations is a big plus. + High Proficiency in content management and software tools like Salesforce, YesWare, MailChimp, etc. + Expert in power point, planning tools like Monday.com. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. + Strategic thinker, visionary, collaborative with a growth mindset. + Demonstrated ability to drive a commercial strategy is strongly desired. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Strong leadership presence with the ability to utilize organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to effectively negotiate and persuade others. + Excellent organization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing. + Flexibility to travel to US customer sites at least 30% of the time.
