Product Manager, Snapchat+

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Snapchat+ subscription team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for Snapchat+, aligning with the company's overall goals and user needs.

Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and analytics teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.

Build organizational trust via expertise, leadership, and demonstrating high decision quality and judgment.

Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that all product decisions enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement and retention.

Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specs, creating wireframes and workflows, running user studies, conducting AB tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep Snapchat+ at the forefront of the market.

Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience working on a consumer subscription product

Understanding of subscription business drivers and growth levers

Adaptability to pivot and focus on the biggest opportunities

Ability to clearly prioritize and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment

Collaborate and build trust with engineers, data science and other cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical skills, experience with AB testing, and the ability to define goals and success metrics

Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

Skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organization

Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Experience building and shipping subscription-based consumer products

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
