Product Manager, Software
What We Need: We are seeking a Software Product Manager to join our product management team. If you've been looking for a dynamic product management and development role with hands-on responsibility and a stake in product strategy, execution, and marketing, this may be your next role. We’re looking for proven abilities in upstream and downstream product management responsibilities, and broad knowledge across multiple software areas such as Mobile App development, SaaS and Cloud-based projects. The Product Manager for Software will lead cross functional efforts working with internal teams like software engineering and development, firmware, marcom and sales, as well as external business partners. What You'll Be Doing: + Responsible for software product strategy, roadmaps, product definition and development, and go-to-market strategies. + Responsible for managing the enhancement and maintenance of existing product portfolios throughout their lifecycle. + Research industry trends, market products and new technologies to understand and expand Code’s product vision and offerings. + Acquire and maintain appropriate market and competitive analyses for informed business decisions. + Interface with partners, customers and industry leaders to champion the voice of the customer. + Drive customer and market research initiatives that inform global product portfolio strategy. + Collaborate with customers and internal teams on development, enhancements, changes, forecasting, build plans, and pricing to ensure a successful and profitable business. + Work closely with customers, sales and marketing to create product messaging, sales tools and competitive positioning that is appropriate for the product line. + Develop launch and go-to-market plans to complete product readiness for market launch. + Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across the business lines. + Engage in sustaining activities such as report building, sales analysis, sku creation and extension, product notifications, etc. What You Will Need To Be Successful: + 10+ years of software / hardware experience leading full product development lifecycles using Waterfall or Agile methodologies (i.e. product ideation, development, testing, integration, delivery) + Proven track record of product development, product launching, and generating revenue from an individual contributor level. + Software engineering background with experience in an Agile environment. + Good understanding of cloud environments (Azure, Amazon or Google Cloud) + Strong background in Software monetization / Software as a Service (SaaS) including pricing strategies and multi-licensing models + Demonstrated experience in overseeing web & mobile app development using iOS and Android platforms + Experience with management of Software Development Kits (SDK) + Proficient in Jira and/or software management tools used to define epics and stories + Exposure to Hospital EMR systems including EPIC, Oracle Health/Cerner or Allscripts (Highly desired). + Industry experience: Healthcare, Lifesciences, Industrial or Manufacturing . + Experience in scalable software deployment and licensing platforms. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality work to specifications and on time. + Excellent communication, ability to work successfully with cross functional teams; innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. + Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills to pinpoint value drivers for digital initiatives. + Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks. + Bachelor's in Software Engineering preferred; Technical Field required.
