Key Responsibilities Our Product Manager is to leverage network of external and internal resources to deliver branded related company objectives. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Implement product strategy for the assigned brands to deliver brand objectives Work synergistically with cross functional teams to maximize responsible brands’ value Provide tactical marketing support to the sales team e.g. Product training, promotional tactics and campaign Develop and implement Brand marketing plan and quarterly action plan. Develop product communication strategies and marketing tactics Understand and execute supply forecasting from the commercial perspective Plan, organize, and monitor marketing activities to support sales promotion and customer service Conduct product training and competitive review for salespersons Work closely with internal departments, agencies and other parties to put in place effective marketing programmes Work closely with Medical Department in product regulatory and clinical research issues Live GSKs values and push the team forward to becoming the most admired healthcare company in Hong Kong Why You? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or related discipline 3 years or above working experience in the Pharmaceutical industries Proficiency in marketing, analytics and strategic planning Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-orientated approach to work with the ability to meet very tight deadlines Ability to work within a complex matrix of relationships, interfaces and issues Absolute commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability for individual actions Why GSK?
