Product Managers, Standard Content ensure products satisfy market and customer demands while aligning with corporate vision and strategy. The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for their product, building content, and products from existing ideas and helping to develop new ideas based on industry research, experience, and formal interaction with customers and prospects. We are looking for a Product Manager, Standard Content to support our Nursing solutions.  


As a member of our Content team, your job would involve:

Managing, driving, and executing the product life cycle from strategic planning to go-to-market strategies to ensure content/products are delivered to meet users' needs and continue to do so as the product evolvesResearching the market, including competitor analysis and customer needs to identify required product functions and featuresCreating market analysis and revenue projection reports to evaluate content and product market potential and expectationCollaborating with Development team to create detailed product designs and content and  product road maps for planning and staffingCoordinating and conducting focus groups to obtain clinician and user feedback on planned features and functionsDeveloping and executing customer engagement strategyWorking with Business Development on coordinating vendor and partner relationships (e.g., third party content)Identifying market potential for products (features, timing of roll-out, prerequisites)Developing strategic marketing campaigns and messagingGenerating excitement and enthusiasm for content/product across the companyCollaborating with Client Services on techniques for successful Implementation and supportParticipating in MEDITECH events to promote content and products and strategies Working with Product Development and Implementation to identify and secure early adoptersParticipating in sprint planning, sprint review, and backlog grooming meetingsIdentifying and mitigating risks related to user acceptanceReviewing patient data while working on early adopter projects. Requirements RN with bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experienceKnowledge of MEDITECH Nursing Solutions preferred, but not requiredExceptional project management and organizational skillsStrong research skillsExceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem solving, and networking skillsExperience working in a team-oriented collaborative environmentAbility to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiencesExcellent leadership skills, able to influence the actions of others and be decisive when neededAbility to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scopeAbility to work efficiently under pressureHigh level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departmentsA high comfort level working with external and internal C-level executivesPassion for product optimization.

This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
