Product Manager, Web

**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Product Manager on Uber.com to own publishing and experimentation features within Uber’s homegrown CMS. This role will own the product roadmap for the CMS that powers dozens of externally facing Uber websites that drive acquisition across the ridesharing, b2b and delivery businesses.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
- Participate on the front-lines, leading complex cross-functional projects from start to finish. Participate in every phase of the product life cycle: from ideation, to PRDs, QA and release
- Work closely with our partners in SEO and CRO to drive products that accelerate Uber’s growth and top of funnel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like legal and localization to ensure our CMS is compliant and up-to-date, reflecting all the countries and languages in which Uber operates while adhering to local laws and regulations
- Conduct customer research to identify high impact new features, and create robust documentation using user stories, specifications and more
- Maintain the team’s standard of excellence - always doing the right thing and ensuring users at Uber are empowered to create performant content and experiments
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree AND 4+ years experience in a product management role.
- Must have Content Management Systems (CMS) experience and strong familiarity with web publishing best practices
- Strong understanding of web analytics: basic knowledge of attribution systems and methodologies and nuances between reporting for channels like CRM vs SEM.
- Experience in managing large scale, complex, multi-language, multi-country sites and working with translation vendors and agencies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thoughtfully prioritize several competing projects and timelines to maximize engineering output and business impact
- Experience with large scale migrations of content and systems.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Google Data Studio, Kibana and other business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with traditional, headless and enterprise CMS systems like: Wordpress, Contentful, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Basic knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or general-purpose programming languages.
- Strong understanding of SQL and/or python.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$165,500 per year.
