Product Manager–Technical , T&C, AWS Education Programs
Technical Product Managers in Education Programs provide technical ownership for specific products and work with program teams to release and maintain customer-facing products for AWS Academy, AWS Educate, AWS re/Start, AWS Skills Center, and AWS TechU. Besides product ownership, the Technical Product Manager will also own cross-program strategies.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to prepare business requirements documents for prioritization, technical design and architectural review
- Write user stores and acceptance criteria to describe requirements to developers
- Write business requirements documents for complex multi-phase projects
- Review technical designs created by engineers to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and scalability, reliability, availability, and accessibility requirements
- Work with the Education Programs Architect to ensure proposed solutions align with the design principles and strategy for the Education Programs technical architecture
- Own the short and long-term product roadmap for specific programs
- Look around corners to define a vision for your products and contribute to operational plans

A day in the life
While each day may differ a bit, you will always learn something new, innovate and delight our customers, and grow. You will be the primary advocate of our customers and define the best possible experience for them, while also adding business value. This could mean defining a product vision, writing PRFAQ documents, partnering with engineering to determine the best way to deliver value to customers, or identifying ways to delight our customers by addressing customer feedback. You will work with our cross-program teams (e.g. Education Programs Strategy and Education Programs Technology) and with our programs (program managers, stakeholders, etc.) to make product decisions and release products.
