Product Manager – Digital Integrations

Duties: This position is part AutoZone’s Digital Operations team, working under supervision of Director, Digital Operations and responsible for supporting AutoZone digital products and platforms, ensuring optimal performance to deliver great customer experience. Will act as the product expert on the team with core responsibilities for the stability and availability of all digital platforms, including the management of our partners and vendors, to ensure the best digital experiences for established, new and non-customers. Responsible for implementing the Digital Operations Strategy, be the primary stakeholder for all operational governance, manage all processes and procedures. Will lead a team of Digital Integration Product Owners. Assist in developing the integration strategy and tactics for the portion of their business. Lead and communicate the execution of the strategy and the product and program initiatives. Own and manage project initiation, including scope creation, requirements development. Establish go to market plans for new product/ program launches to include ongoing support, sales, marketing, operational processes. Analyze usability, market research, competition, KPIs, trends and technology for opportunities to improve and grow sales. Understands the enterprise e-commerce system leveraging technology across the entire channel. Establish and monitors KPIs to drive goals and objectives. Interact with multiple levels within an organization and communicating company goals to external organizations. Partner with stakeholders from different functional areas to understand their business and how it impacts the ongoing development and operations of eCommerce products. Communicate with leadership inside and outside the department on roadmap deliverables, product stability and performance metrics. Work closely with other teams (UX, IT, Analytics, QA, Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure delivery of quality software and feature sets that work in conjunction with other department initiatives to meet the complex needs of customers. Manages up to five Product Owners, Sr. Product Owners and vendors in daily activities. Coach direct reports in all aspects of product ownership, professional development and corporate values. Owns relationships with vendors and third parties.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 5 years of Digital eCommerce experience in retail, direct-to-consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B), including:
· Owning and leading management of digital products and projects using Agile methodologies
· Business case analysis
· Utilizing e-commerce platforms including Oracle - ATG, Endeca, IBM Websphere Commerce (HCL Commerce), SAP Hybris Commerce and Lucidworks
· Content Management Systems & Digital Asset Management systems, including ContentStack
· REST, SOAP APIs and ATG web services
· Customer experience management platforms including Acoustic - Tealeaf
· Digital Analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
