About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Networks Division and take ownership of the systems that enable savings for millions of users. This role is critical to ensuring our technology supports the seamless application of pricing, network selection, and manufacturer discounts at scale. You’ll work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to build and improve tools that power our pricing and routing logic—always keeping the end-user experience in mind.

As a Product Manager, you’ll need to dive deep into our system architecture, uncover opportunities for innovation, and use data to shape decisions. You’ll be responsible for crafting roadmaps, setting clear goals, and measuring progress while staying laser-focused on how to deliver the best possible outcomes for our users. If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about helping people save on their prescriptions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Infrastructure and Logic That Powers Savings:

Work closely with engineers to design and maintain the systems that calculate pricing and routing decisions.

Manage how manufacturer discounts and co-pay cards are applied to maximize savings for users.

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve system performance, always keeping scalability in mind.

Build Tools That Support Internal Teams:

Develop user-friendly tools for internal teams to adjust pricing rules, network configurations, and routing logic with ease.

Listen to feedback from stakeholders and iterate to make tools more intuitive and impactful.

Ensure these tools are scalable and align with broader business objectives.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Act as a bridge between engineering, analytics, and business teams to make sure everyone is aligned and moving in the right direction.

Communicate complex technical ideas in ways that make sense to non-technical audiences.

Balance competing priorities, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term innovation.

Use Data to Guide Decisions:

Dive deep into data to understand how systems are performing and uncover insights to inform your decisions.

Define success metrics and track progress, ensuring your work is driving measurable value.

Collaborate with analytics teams to make data accessible and actionable.

Lead the Product Roadmap:

Define and execute a clear vision for the Networks Division, aligning your roadmap with company goals.

Break down big ideas into actionable steps, and keep teams focused on delivering results.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

What You’ll Bring:

Deep Technical Understanding:

Experience working with APIs, backend systems, and complex data flows.

Ability to have meaningful discussions with engineers about architecture, scalability, and system performance.

Product Management Expertise:

5+ years of product management experience in tech, healthcare, or a similar field.

A proven track record of building impactful products from concept to launch.

Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and keep teams on track.

Analytical Mindset:

Comfortable digging into data and forming clear, actionable insights.

Ability to measure success and adjust strategies based on what the data says.

Great Communication Skills:

Able to clearly articulate ideas, whether speaking with engineers, business teams, or executives.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

Self-Starter Mentality:

Proactive and resourceful, you take ownership and drive initiatives to completion.

Passionate about identifying problems and finding innovative solutions that deliver real value.
