Position Purpose:
Seeking world-class talent to join the world’s leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services. Specifically, this role will function as the Product Manager of a newly formed team to build next generation Shop Management software at GPC. Working with a highly talented team, you'll play a key role in bringing the Shop Management System from 0 to 1 and then in defining innovative solutions to win in the market.
The Product Manager defines a strategic vision and product roadmap to solve our customer’s problems, and as a result, deliver business value through the production of quality products. Within your product, you will lead product definition and discovery which will include identifying dependencies with other products, conducting research, writing requirements, and collaborating with UX design and engineering partners. You can also expect to support business reviews, communicate the product vision, present across all levels of the organization, and contribute to improving product management practices.
This role will have a large scope and a high degree of ownership as you direct creation of products related to repair shop management software and lead teams in the definition, discovery, design, development, and delivery of end-to-end capabilities leveraging technology, operations, and process.
