Title: Product Manager – Solido Custom IC, Siemens EDA
About the role:
We are seeking a Product Manager for Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW).
This position is for electronic design automation (EDA) products dedicated to Solido family of products covering IP validation, characterization, environment and integration in digital and analog design flows, within the Solido Custom IC division of Siemens EDA. Knowledge in semiconductors or EDA is required.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible as the primary business owner for products to grow revenue by delivering value to well-defined market segments. You will be a key part of a cross-functional core teams, together with R&D and product engineering, to deliver overall product success.
We are looking for product business owners who can scale in perspective from strategic vision with direct interaction with the senior leadership team, to tactical product development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maximize product success as measured by product revenue and adoption Define, validate, and prioritize target market requirements; work directly with customers/partners to identify unmet needs Work with development teams to define product roadmap and solutions that meet market requirements and outperform the competition, while minimizing time-to-market Develop and execute product campaigns such as product launches and targeted market segment proliferation campaigns Enable field and sales channel success with effective sales training and support Build and deliver high-quality outbound collateral to promote product visibility and customer interactionManage the product lifecycle to achieve the business and product metricsRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
2 or more of years of experience in EDA or semiconductor engineering roles, preferably customer-facing.Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. An advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus.Experience in coordinating product development cycles and software development schedules, including defining requirements, schedule, and priority. Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to interface effectively with audiences from a wide range of technical and business levels.Analytical acumen and proficiency in generating and evaluating business forecasts and metricsSiemens is dedicated to quality, equality, and valuating diversity, and we welcome applications that reflect the diversity of the communities within which we work.

The salary range for this position is $87,600 to $157,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
