Product Managers at Promethean are obsessed with solving customer problems, and they always view solutions through the lens of customer value delivery.  They are responsible for product, definition, planning and execution. In managing the full Product Lifecycle, product managers spend time gathering user feedback, reviewing data for research and validation, prioritizing work for engineering teams, measuring results and driving continuous improvement. They collaborate with engineering, QA and UX teams todeliver working software that delightscustomer.  As a Product Manager you will...Participate in the definition of strategic goals for the portfolio Manage the lifecycle of features in the product backlog from ideation through sunset (requirement gathering, user-stories, creation, refinement, prioritization, etc) Support the generation of epics, business cases and user-stories as a result of customer research  Define development candidates for next 3-4 quarters within an area of focus Facilitate customer discovery for features including generation and review of prototypes in collaboration w/ partners in UX and development and shares a deep understanding of customer pleasers and pain-points with the organization  Establish goals for feature performance including the establishment and tracking of KPIs Drive cross-functional communication to ensure successful development and delivery of working software and/or firmware to the customer Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management/product owner roles Demonstrated ability to think strategically about bringing new features to market, how to solve customer problems and measure results Technical competence, leveraged to drive strong cross-functional relationships with development teams. Experience with the iOS and Android apps and operating systems, App Stores, and hardware devices Superior communication skills required, ability to share vision through the use of written and spoken language and images Excellence in problem solving: able to identify desired outcomes and work strategically to achieve them by skillfully overcoming obstacles Experience in Ed Tech is a plus Base Range:  PLN 144000 to PLN 186450
