With threat hunters and innovators across the world, we want great people, like YOU, to join our team!      Who We Need  You will be a part of an all-star Product Management team that is responsible for shaping our Malwarebytes strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities for our Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Detection and Response products. You will partner with other product managers and senior management to successfully deliver a final product to our customers. This position will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, user experience, program management, and customer success.    What you’ll do   A successful product manager is well-versed on Endpoint Detection and Response products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams as well as externally to Malwarebytes. The ability to communicate the values of Malwarebytes solution by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success.   Collaborate closely with EDR and MDR teams and other Product Management to define and execute on the product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Malwarebytes EDR product line Act as the product expert for the Malwarebytes EDR technology stack  Engage with customers to better understand problems to be solved Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches Work with Growth and UI/UX teams to define new product experiences Provide high-level product requirements based on the needs of customers Manage beta programs and participate our public forums on an on-going basisEvangelize and defend the vision of the product with the development team on a day-to-day basisAdvocate for users to ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance Maintain close relationship with the cross-functional team (Sales, Support, Marketing, Engineering and QA) to answer questions about your productCollaborate with cross functional teams to share knowledge and experience, coordinate with other releases and deliver great products Analyze competitive landscape and conduct technology assessments   Skills You’ll Need to Have   2 - 5 years of software product management experience in a technical organization Strong exposure to user experience design and user research  Ability to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels and geographic regionsAbility to speak with internal and external customers with knowledge and professionalism Background in the security space preferred Knowledge of software development life cycleCreative thinker, problem solver, and strong leader with excellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task, adapt to changes, maintain positive attitude, and motivate a team Enthusiasm for working in a fun and fast-paced start-up culture Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills  Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard-working, and a great team  player with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with, and presenting information to cross functional teamsFamiliarity with Office suite, Smartsheets, Confluence, Jira and Lucid Charts tools or similar tools
