Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with other product managers, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to help shape the vision for our devices + care delivery offering teams - focused on supporting the operational needs for care at home programs. In this unique role, you will partner with leaders at top-tier health systems to conceptualize and develop this offering. You’ll take the lead in all stages of discovery and will represent our providers and patients in day-to-day decisions made at the delivery level. Once launched, you’ll be equally passionate about enabling our client-facing teams to communicate these exciting new capabilities to customers.What you’ll doYou will be heavily involved with our Web Dash reporting Product, looking at scalability, feature improvements, and performance, with a goal to optimise healthcare providers’ ability to monitor patients at scaleAdvancing our reporting, survey, and analytics functions for both clients and patientsPartner with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives on the roadmapCollaborate with our client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clientsSeek user feedback to uncover new needs, gain deeper insights into new requests, and solicit feedback on recently released enhancementsPrioritize and document requirements for upcoming releasesCollaborate with our highly creative design and engineering teams to reach the best possible version of a feature or enhancement to bring to marketBe the voice of the customer within the engineering team, clearly articulating user needs and customer goals, ensuring technical solutions map back to solving a user problem or jobActively work with the team to decompose epics/features into user stories that are granular enough for the team to estimate and work onDevelop and document acceptance criteria for stories/epics to ensure they can be accepted, and validate that developed stories/epics meet their acceptance criteriaBe the expert and go-to person for your initiatives. Educate users and internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements, and create and/or contribute to relevant internal and external communicationsBasic Qualifications3+ years of proven product management experience2+ years experience working in agile software development processes, including writing stories/epics, managing a backlog, and working within a Software Engineering & User Experience environment being the lead product expert.Preferred QualificationsEducation at the bachelor’s degree level, or equivalent experience in a technology, computer science, data, or STEM related focus Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks with varying degrees of priority in a fast-paced, high growth environmentAbility to understand and discuss technical concepts, translate to user and customer implications, manage trade-offs, and facilitate decision-makingHave experience with data-driven product development and user-driven product designHave led discovery conversations along with being the main point of contact for external clients highly desiredExperience working with clinicians on workflow tools highly desiredAbout usBest Buy Health aims to enrich lives through technology and meaningful connections.
