In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Strategic Philanthropy product's value to its current users, driving incremental improvements, and ensuring continued alignment with the needs of our existing customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management who enjoys focusing on product stability, usability, and long-term satisfaction.  

Work you’ll do: 

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize a product roadmap that enhances value for existing users. Bring everyone along by clearly communicating rationale and trade-offs. 

Dive into legacy systems and processes to identify opportunities to address long-standing issues or improve performance.  

Ensure that product updates and enhancements meet the needs of the current user base. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform development.  

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements, ensure timely delivery, and support teams in resolving issues or roadblocks. 

Own and maintain a well-organized, prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes. 

Collaborate with scrum team to create individually shippable milestones for prioritized features and create user stories that support those milestones.  

Define and oversee the execution of product releases, ensuring that all improvements are delivered on time and with the highest possible quality. 

Monitor key performance indicators and value metrics related to product usage, customer satisfaction, and feature adoption. Use data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making. 

What we look for: 

2-3 years Product Management experience within enterprise or B2B SaaS  (relevant social-good industry experience preferred)

Experience using data & analytics to inform design and product decisions.

Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical constraints 

Excellent time management skills and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

Curious in nature, which drives you to ask great questions about the “why” and seek supporting data to interpret and validate the most important needs of the product 

Ruthless prioritization skills that create focus on high-impact features and strategic goals 

Strong leadership and communication skills that ensure everyone is driving towards the product goals together 

Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA and Aha!) 

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. 

 

US Base Salary Range: $111,000 - $140,000
