Product Manager

**The Position**
Responsible to develop, manage and control the Annual Brand Plan and assigned Budget of the assigned products and to provide the marketing support activities to the company’s sales teams – Prescription Medicines in order to achieve the approved sales target of the assigned product groups.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Conduct pre marketing initiatives in preparation for product/new indication launches.
+ Closely work with the Medical team to ensure alignment of strategy with available scientific evidence.
+ Gathers and reviews marketing and technical information of the assigned products.
+ Handling FF concerns & requirements
+ Reviews and approves the various forms as filled by Field Forces-Prescription Medicines in order to monitor and control own promotion-related expenses and/or sponsorship for customers to be within the assigned year-to-date Budget in line with the Annual Budget.
+ Plans and organizes the sales and promotional activities, e.g., RTDs, Symposium Seminars, Hospitals/Drug Stores Channels.
+ Writes up the following reports and submits the reports to Marketing Manager & Sales Manager – Prescription Medicines.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in college
+ Having an experiences as Product Manager minimum 3 years from Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices industry.
+ Experience in Cardiovascular or CNS therapeutic areas.
+ Knowledge on account management, particularly the government hospitals. Somebody who is familiar with the listing and procurement process of government hospitals, in addition to product management experience.
