Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive IBM’s cross platform products and services. In this role you will be working on a new IBM product from Data & AI portfolio focusing on Data Integration capabilities and platform strategy, working closely with your Engineering team and Product Mangers across the Data & AI organization to transform the way our customers access their data and manage their data integration processes. In this role you are a technical, analytical, and passionate leader, delivering innovative new offerings in response to customer needs.
The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges, understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges, and influence the other product managers to collaboratively implement these solutions. You will guide the integration, market awareness, customer demand, and adoption of this platform to global organizations. You will drive the product planning lifecycle from market validation to strategic planning and execution.
You will be responsible for the following:Partner with Engineering and the global Product Management team as well as executive stakeholders to identify and document customer needs and use cases to define the product roadmap.Execute on the product roadmap and prioritize features designed to satisfy unmet customer needs and emerging challenges.Collaborate with product marketing to create content and compelling messaging that clearly communicates the product value proposition and market strategy.Analyze and understand the competitive landscape of the data integration market.Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly.Drive product roadmap innovation, through rapid triage of facts and data.
