You Are:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive the planning, testing, and execution of large technology solutions. You will work with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. You will collaborate with other product managers, architects, business analysts to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and solve business problems and partner with engineering team to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Opportunity:
· Collaborate with various internal customers (e.g., Order Management, Sales, Corporate Provisioning, Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Billing) to understand their requirements for Order, Billing and Provisioning into a relevant, actionable roadmap.
· Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap.
· Drive alignment and communication with partners with conflicting demands.
· Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams.
· Effectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates.
· Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.

What you need:
· 5+ years proven track record in software product management for Quote to Billing, Provisioning, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and support.
· Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.
· Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applications.
· Solid knowledge in Quote to Provisioning Management a must.
· Ability to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
· Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.
· Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.
· Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.
· Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.
· Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $110,400-$165,600

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
