Position Summary:
The Product Manager organizes and leads the company's product planning, development, delivery, and support processes through the complete product life cycle. This individual defines product requirements, establishes business cases, and organizes cross-functional teams to attain product objectives and support the company's ability to meet its business goals. They develop and coordinate launch plans and track the product's success in the market.
Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
· Work directly with customers, internal customer facing groups and technology teams to gather and analyze product feedback
· Drive the delivery of valuable, usable and feasible solutions
· Set the vision of product development and create product roadmaps
· Work with cross-functional teams to align efforts and evangelize the product strategy throughout the organization.
· Drive the organization's financial performance
· Partner with 3rd parties to extend product offerings
· Assess, score and prioritize product development opportunities using a Data Informed methodology
· Write user stories and prioritize backlog based on product strategy and vision.
· Monitor target markets and user/buyer personas of one's product on an on-going basis for product positioning, additional opportunities and assist sales with establishing a successful process for identifying target buyers
· Assist cross-functional groups with product launch activities including but not limited to product demos, product training, product positioning/messaging, and support processes.
· Act as a scrum Product Owner in absence of a formal Product Owner.
· Communicate the product strategy, roadmap, deliverables, performance, etc. to stakeholders and C-level employees within the organization.
· Help define product KPIs and participate in the monitoring and reporting of the data.
· Attend release sessions and provide Go/No-Go decision within the process.
· Perform Business Analyst responsibilities in absence of an assigned Business Analyst.
· Effectively self-manage to create the product vision and roadmap, which will create significant value to customers & the company.
· Constructively guide and motivate cross-functional teams and/or strategic partners working on product development to deliver value on-time and within budget.
· Professionally and effectively communicate with customers to understand needs, elicit product feedback and share product information.
· Communicate proactively, clearly and completely with team members, cross-functional teams, strategic partners and all levels of leadership to provide product delivery requirements, delivery statuses, impediments, product roadmap information and/or product performance data.
· Use marketing data to analyze and understand US and international market needs, ultimately determining the best priority for the product backlog based on a data-centric justification.
· Manage product budgets to ensure product delivery is within budget and communicate performance to budget on a quarterly basis to key stakeholders.
· Consistently exercise good judgment and decision-making skills in performing all job responsibilities.
· Serve as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) and effectively support all sales and product launch activities. Measure product performance for the company by managing, tracking and reporting to KPIs that are meaningful to the financial health of the company.
· Consistently produce high-quality deliverables in a timely manner, self-assigning dates/times for delivery and meeting delivery due dates.
· Create comprehensive, clear and accurate documentation.
· Serve in whatever capacity needed to provide value and ensure a positive outcome for product delivery.

Position Requirements:
· BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
· 3+ years of professional experience in Product Management or Product Development
· 2+ years of managing cross-functional teams
· Professional experience analyzing data and gathering insights
· Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and data into requirements
· Professional Agile experience, including story writing and backlog prioritization/management
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Automotive industry experience a plus
Compensation Range (USD): MIN 107000.0 - MID 147100.0 - MAX 187000.0
