We are seeking a Product Manager to simplify complex business workflows and bridge technical solutions with operational needs. This role focuses on internal processes, customer-facing operations, and API-based products, driving impactful solutions through prioritization, data-driven decisions, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision and manage lifecycles from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. Analyze complex business processes, simplify them into scalable, efficient solutions, and document workflows for implementation. Write PRDs and technical specifications with a focus on API integrations and customer needs. Use data analysis to prioritize features, measure product performance, and guide decision-making. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Support, and external customers to align technical capabilities with business goals. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives. Train stakeholders on new features and processes and occasionally travel for engagements.

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Product Manager or System Analyst with a technical focus. Proven experience in simplifying complex workflows and designing user-friendly solutions. Strong data analysis skills to support prioritization and decision-making. Hands-on experience with API-based products and technical specifications. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of managing cross-functional projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English language skills.
