Product Manager 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding both our products and our customers, and for driving the development of our Acoustic solutions product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and ensure the successful delivery of solutions to the global market. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop a deep understanding of our products and customers ​Generate innovative ideas and take initiative as the Product Manager for Acoustic solutions within a larger business unit and organization Prioritize product features and define product roadmap based on business knowledge  Drive projects forward independently within a larger organization Collaborate effectively within the organization reporting to the FLIR Product Manager in Sweden Lead a Product team consisting of Technical Product Specialists, UX and Business Development 

 

 

About You:  

You are enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges proactively 

You have project management experience and can drive projects forward independently  

You are capable of managing multiple tasks organizing and delegating them efficiently 

You have team leadership experience 

You have experience in working in a larger international organization 

You are a good communicator and not afraid to admit if you need help 

You have an engineering background, and you have gained experience working as a Product Manager with physical products  

You communicate fluently in English
