Flexera is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our efforts in shaping and enhancing the Flexera One Data Platform. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving analytics, improving the share service functionality, and unifying the user experience across the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flexera One Data Platform, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.Analytics Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities within the platform, enabling customers to gain actionable insights from their data.Share Service Enhancement: Lead efforts to enhance the shared service functionality, allowing for seamless collaboration and data sharing among users and teams.Unified User Experience: Create a unified and intuitive user experience across the platform, ensuring consistency in design and usability.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize and deliver features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate their input into product development.Roadmap Execution: Drive the successful execution of the product roadmap, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to deliver value to customers.Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering software products.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms is a plus.Familiarity with IT asset management, software licensing, or related domains is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in an agile development environment.
