LOCATION:                            168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451

TITLE:                                    Product Manager

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 •           Synthesize technical requirements to meet business needs, serving as the primary link between your Scrum team and business partners.
•           Own prioritization and ongoing management of the team-level product backlog.
•           Connect with product management and business partners to ensure priority, dependency, and delivery alignment.
•           Set the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Center of Excellence’s customers, who are data-driven commercial sales and marketing teams across the company.
•           Partner with business teams to understand their needs and readiness to embrace new Features.
•           Ensure sprint-level outcomes align with evolving product strategy across all customers.
•           With Scrum team, deliver consistent and increasingly valuable, data products that scale and win the trust of your business partners.
Can work remotely or telecommute                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:  5 years of experience in digital product management, or any related experience in which the required skills can be gained.  

Required knowledge or experience with:
•           Working on an Agile/Scrum team;
•           Managing stakeholders;
•           Strategy development;
•           Jira software;
•           Data analysis;
•           Requirements gathering; and
•           Product management lifecycle.
