About the role:

As a Product Manager for TQL you will develop products that support TQL's overall strategy and goals. You will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing objectives and key results, understanding and interpreting quantitative and qualitative product insights, and working closely with business partners to accelerate value delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nIdentify customer needs, opportunities, and pain points via market research, supported by ongoing engagement with internal and external customers\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain focused and intentional Product roadmaps\nConduct competitive analysis to ensure TQL's offerings are best in class\nOwn the process to generate business cases supported by alignment to TQL’s strategic focus and quantified with thorough cost-benefit analyses\nUtilize data visualization tools to generate novel insights of how users engage with and realize value from TQL products.\nConduct usability tests to inform continuous development of TQL products\nReport to senior management on the financial performance of your Product portfolio

What you need:

\n\nBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience\nProduct or project management experience extremely desirable\nModerate to advanced proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI\nThorough understanding of common transportation industry practices and procedures\nExceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills\nImpeccable organization skills\nModerate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nCommitted to high quality outcomes\nExtreme ownership and accountability habits
