Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a critical project focused on documenting the current state of an old ETL system that uses mainframe technology, identifying issues, and creating proposals and estimates for fixing or replacing the system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, mainframe systems, and project management. Key Responsibilities: * Product Manager will document the current state of the existing ETL system, including workflows, data sources, and dependencies * Identify and analyze issues and inefficiencies within the current ETL system * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs * Develop detailed proposals and estimates for fixing the existing system or designing a new one * Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and business users * As a Product Manager, you will ensure clear communication and alignment between all stakeholders * Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives * Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
