Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating and launching health and wellness products that empower seniors to age gracefully at home. You’ll lead market analysis, develop business cases, and collaborate with teams and partners to deliver meaningful hardware and software solutions. Your data-driven insights will help optimize products that enhance lives and enable better care at home. This role is remote but may involve occasional onsite collaboration at our Best Buy Health hub.  For this role, you must be located within a commutable distance to either the Boston MA, Minneapolis MN or San Antonio TX office. What you’ll doManage existing offerings and the creation of new offerings of products and services focusing on customer journeys, end to end user experiences, and the needs of stakeholders Drive and facilitate the development of detailed business cases for new products and services offerings in the health and wellness segment for active aging seniors to meet our business objectivesConduct thorough analysis of the market, competitor offerings and customer insights and feedback to enable us to respond to the market and adjust our offerings and go-to-market capabilitiesDeliver the new offering to the market based on launch readiness, go-to-market, delivery and support capabilitiesManage vendors, suppliers, and partners in partnership with our Exclusive Brands team for planning and sustaining new products and services within the wireless and/or healthcare industriesManage the day-to-day measurement and interpretation of KPIs, including develop action plans to tweak the offering in near-real-time to best meet market needs
Basic qualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in product management requiredMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, health related solutioning, indirect team leadership requiredFor this role, you must be located within a commutable distance to a Best Buy Health hub in either Boston MA, Minneapolis MN or San Antonio TX. Current Best Buy Health and Best Buy employees are eligible regardless of location
Preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferredPrior experience with hardware and software platforms for healthcare and/or wireless verticals preferredStrong analytical skills and ability to make business decisions, recommendations, and conclusions based upon data preferredPrior SDLC & Agile (SCRUM methodology) experience preferred
