We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product planning efforts for our Polymers & Filaments commercial team. In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. **What You Need for the Role:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as a Product Manager for industrial products + **Skills & Competencies:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills + **Track Record:** Demonstrated success in defining and launching products **What You Will Do in the Role:** **Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development** + Assist in defining the product strategy and roadmap + Optimize profitability of the current product portfolio + Maintain and analyze a project pipeline database to drive growth **Product Development & Execution** + Translate product strategies into actionable requirements and prototypes + Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product development + Develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives This is a dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and make a tangible impact on business success.
