Product Manager
Job Description The Product Manager in the collections and recoveries space for credit cards is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the collections process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends to maintain competitive and effective recovery efforts. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the collections and recoveries process for credit card accounts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, strategy, operations etc, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of recovery efforts. - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in the collections process. - Design and execute customer communication strategies to enhance engagement and improve recovery rates while maintaining a positive customer experience. - Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the collections and recoveries strategies remain compliant and competitive. - Lead the design and development of innovative tools and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections and recoveries process, ensuring a seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of Product Management experience within Consumer Financial Products - 1+ years of experience executing Credit Card product development, specifically focused in Fraud, Collections, or Regulatory Technology - Self-starter personality with excellent communication skills and a proactive nature - Strong experience with end to end product development and total ownership of implementing new features or products within the consumer financial space - Ability to work hybrid remote 3 days/week onsite in New York City, Richardson TX, or Wilmington DE - Extensive experience with Credit Cards - Experience with Regulatory Technology and RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessments) - Experience with MasterCard products and processes null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
