What You'll Bring:

This role owns and executes implementation of the platform roadmap, including gathering stakeholder requirements, as well as engaging Solutions leadership.

This position will help evolve fundamental capabilities to create a market-leading platform that will enable implementation of growth solutions. This position will:

Review contract language and translate into SQL / requirements for billing data collectionCreate functional requirements based on customer analytics requestsAttend weekly stand-up calls with global engineering resourcesTest billing releases and reporting/dashboard releasesDocument existing systems and internal processesResearch operational issuesContinuously monitor products for automation opportunitiesManage the hand-off between product and development teamsEnsure engineering deliverables meet business and functional requirementsAssist with corporate/department projects such as data purge, vulnerability scan remediation

This role will focus on planning and execution of the roadmap.

Strategy

Gather product intelligence product, create recommendations for improvement to improve competitive position in the market, validate and refine our platform roadmap.Partner closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business in defining, agreeing and executing platform strategy

Planning

Help to identify new functionality to meet market/customer needsBuild platform development roadmaps in partnership with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business stakeholdersContribute to strategic planning initiatives for analytics solutions

Execution

Execute on the product development roadmapTogether with the engineering team, manage the SAFe process for the productsCollaborate closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines of Business stakeholdersDesign and develop mock-ups of new functionality and/or new recommendationsManage relationships with key internal stakeholders

Impact You'll Make:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business or an analytical field such as engineering, etcUS telecom industry background is a plusExperience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Intellicus, etc)Experience with billing/accounting systemsExperience with Jira change management systems and processesAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office tools such as manipulating complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reportsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to write and QA new, complicated SQL scripts

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
