This role will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of mobile and web-based digital solutions, as well as the continuous evolution of the website and dining systems. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams to define features and functionality. + Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and other deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope documents, and prioritized needs). + Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet to document and track progress. + Partner with creative, technology, legal, finance, and other functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. + Serve as the product management representative in all activities related to the launch of the membership and member website. + Support defect triage by working with technical, creative, and production teams to identify and resolve root causes, while escalating blockers as needed. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels through presentations, email, and formal/informal meetings. Requirements Basic Qualifications: + Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience. + Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver digital and tech solutions. + Experience collaborating with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams. + Ability to influence without direct authority. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including leading stakeholder requirements sessions. + Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to execute ideas effectively. + Experience in Agile software development methodologies. + Strong problem-solving skills for technical, user, and business issues in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications: + Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet. Education: + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Additional Details: + Hybrid work schedule with typical in-office days on Tuesdays. + During onboarding, the Product Manager may be asked to work in-office twice a week for smoother integration.
