Product Manager

Our digital product team is critical to enabling our kidney care platforms and services, and our Hospital Services product team is growing! We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to lead a product solution to a critical business problem. Your primary activities will include defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area, and then executing your product vision across application(s) for multiple user groups.

We are looking for someone who has healthcare and product knowledge, is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.

The Role

Drives product roadmap and OKR’s across a product or a product focus areaExpert in product focus area with a deep understanding of both business outcomes and product outcomesAccountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business valuePrioritizes use cases that advance the product strategy and visionPartners closely with research team to validate assumptions and problem statements with usersFacilitates and is accountable for requirement definition in collaboration with stakeholders and design partners.Understands product performance through direct observations and by performing product analytics, and shares insights with the rest of the teamCollaborate closely with key partners to understand business objectives and communicate updates on product initiativesManage technology vendors to maintain alignment on objectives and needs to enable high-quality productsPartners closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirementsInspires others to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution

Must-Have’s

Bachelor’s degreeWilling and able to travel up to 20%3+ years of digital product experience in an agile environment; mobile app experience preferred; healthcare preferred.Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to leadExceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challengesSkilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quicklyDemonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domainsStrong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals

MBAExperience with AI; experience with data integrations/interoperabilityIndustry experience can be an invaluable substitute for direct product management experience.  Candidates that possess knowledge of acute care, using electronic health care records systems, or providing care for renal patients will be strongly considered

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
