Position: Product Manager
Department: Vaccines Business Unit

ABOUT THE JOB

As a senior product manager (HPV Vaccine), you will lead HCP (HealthCare Professional) marketing. This role can be expanded to other strategic initiatives such as general brand management, public relations/digital projects, FCST/PL related work depending on applicant’s seniority and commercial capability. This position reports to vaccines marketing director.

RESPONSIBILITES

Developing annual HCP marketing plan and collaborate with sales team and co-promotion partner company for campaign operationStrategic budget management for HCP marketing initiativesAnalyze customer (HCP) segment and support sales team to have strategic call plan which targets priority customer group with optimized frequency and coverageLead a mix of marketing projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadershipProactive partner with the local and global cross functional teams to generate key insights to improve GTM modelDevelop implementation KPIs and align with sales managers and co-promo partnerSupport sales team for GVP (Group Vaccination Program) implementation

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or higher degreeExperience of working under horizontal organizational culture & structure, but being decisive, motivational, influential, and courageous under such an environmentAbility to work in a very complex setting and across many functions and lead complex projects that involves multiple stakeholders and functions to engage different customer typesStrong communication skills in English both in verbal and written (business fluent)10+ years of relevant work experience in pharma industry5+ years of marketing experience (Vaccines business experience is a plus)
