Role Overview:

Timely complete all assigned duties with due care and accuracy

Are you someone who can:

Track and improve product specific financial & non-financial performance indicators.Monitoring and analyzing product success.Lead the creation and enhancement of transactional banking products to meet evolving customer demands.Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.Work closely with pricing, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful products and continuous improvement.Identify and manage product risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Implement robust security protocols to protect against fraud and cyber threats.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products deliver exceptional value and meet customer expectationThink strategically, sound financial acumen and presentation/communication skills.Provide structure by being meticulous and well organized.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.A post-grad qualification in the above field will serve as an added advantage.Have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar environment of which 3 must be at management level.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.Familiarity with banking regulations, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.Strong organizational and time management skills.
