Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Product Manager in North Ridgeville, Ohio, United States. As a Product Manager, you are entrusted with the enhancement of product features and integrating new business units. You will operate in an Agile environment, focusing on custom software products. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the development of new features for our product offerings • Expand our operations by onboarding new business units • Utilize your experience in Agile Development to optimize our workflow • Conduct user interviews to gain insights and improve our products • Create and manage user stories to provide a clear vision for our development team • Engage in Requirements Gathering Sessions to understand and document necessary product enhancements • Take charge of Backlog Grooming to prioritize the tasks for our team • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that our products meet user needs and expectations • Conduct AB Testing to optimize our product performance • Lead Quality Assurance Testing to ensure the highest standards for our software products.
