About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of a robust product roadmap for reimbursement products, with a strong focus on lifestyle accounts (LSA). This role requires deep expertise in lifestyle accounts and an ability to drive market research, competitive analysis, and product innovation. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for reimbursement and lifestyle account solutions * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities * Define and document product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements * Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive successful product launches and continuous improvements * Conduct user research to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and refine product decisions * Prioritize product features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility * Monitor product performance using key metrics (usage, satisfaction, adoption rates, etc.) and identify areas for optimization * Engage with clients and external partners to align on product roadmaps and joint development opportunities
